Add on Services:
Dry Brushing: Add dry brushing to any treatment and TAKE HOME your dry brush at the end! This will add 10 minutes to each appointment. Benefits: Exfoliation, stimulates lymphatic system, and improves circulation.
Scalp Enrichment: At Be Bliss, an enrichment scalp massage is a great addition to the beginning of your massage session. I use a strengthening oil that helps stimulate the hair follicles and nourish the scalp. Following the oil, I provide a deeper relaxing scalp massage that will help relax your body, clear your mind and aid in healthy hair growth.
Red Light Therapy:
Adds 10 Minutes to your session
Benefits: Skin rejuvenation, Reduces inflammation, Reduce pain, promote hair growth, and improve circulation.

Aligned Neuromuscular Therapy :
60 min/$80 90 min/ $110
This session pinpoints muscles. This is the session you choose not just for relaxation but to help release muscles tension and pain. I like to have 90 min for these sessions so that I have time to effectively help. In a neuromuscular session I engage you in body movements and often ask for your participation in techniques. Includes: Hot Towels, Aromatherapy, Cupping if recommended and a self warming eye mask.

Renew & Relax: 60 min/ $80
All of my services are relaxing, but this service is my most relaxing session. Sooth your body, clear your mind and improve your mental health and selfcare with this inclusive 1 hour session. Includes: Hot towels, Aromatherapy, and a self warming eye mask.

Cupping Care: 60 min/ $100
Cupping is an ancient healing technique that uses a gentle suction to release muscle tension, increase circulation, and support the body's natural detox process. Perfect for stubborn knots, stress relief and deeper recovery.

Hot Stone harmony: 90 min/ $150
A delightful warm treatment using heated stones to rub away tension and stress. This is a in-depth 90 minute hot stone massage treatment you will want again and again. Includes: Hot Towels, Aromatherapy and a self warming eye mask.

Lymphatic Balance: 60 min/ $100
A calming, gentle, massage that supports lymph flow, post-surgery recovery, de-bloating, hormone balance, reduces fluid retention, and encourages whole- body balance and relaxation.

Faith & Flow: 60 min/ $100
Where wellness meets faith. This restorative massage experience combines therapeutic touch with optional prayer, scripture, worship music and guided reflection to help you release stress, renew your spirit, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out, Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simple seeking a deeper sense of peace, Faith & Flow provides a safe space to rest, heal and reset. (Prayer and Scripture may be incorporated upon request and are always tailored to your comfort level and personal preference)
