The Reset Hour

A One Hour self-care and wellness experience created to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each class blends mindfulness, reflection, gentle movement, emotional wellness and practical tools you can take home. (Virtual and In person) 

FIRST CLASS IS VIRTUAL SUNDAY DECEMBER 28th @ 1PM-2PM

What you'll experience

  • A peaceful guildesd grounding exercise. 

  • A short teaching on a wellness theme.

  • Light movement or self-massage to release tension.

  • Journaling + Reflection prompts

  • Emotional awareness + mindset tools

  • A calming closing intention

  • A take-home affirmations and continuted tips to help you beyond the class.
